I think I have successfully stopped biting my fingernails, after 26 years. Without trying. I'm not sure why, or even when it actually happened. I just looked down...and realized that I had fingernails all on 10 fingers. Now, several weeks later they are still there. Very curious. Maybe it has something to do with the mushrooms? But I like it. I painted them pink.
