Even after living in Seattle for just about 10 years. I still have a hard time understanding how people here can wear shorts in the middle of winter. It's 40 degrees out and they have shorts on. It's not one or two people either. It's enough to make me take notice, and wonder...Do they not feel the cold? Did they get a special gene as a result of being born in the Northwest? What is the deal?
